This brake light switch is commonly used on Chinese GY6 50cc-250cc scooters and mopeds but have been known to be used on many atvs.  

Switch details:

• RIGHT side
• Overall length: 36.8mm (1.45 in) including prongs
• Overall width: 28mm (1.1 in) including tab
• Overall thickness: 9.25mm (0.36 in)
  
• Prong length: 8mm (0.31 in)
  
• 12505A1403

Also known as the brake sensor switch.

Known to be used on the Tao Tao ATE501, EVO 50, Magic 50, Speedy 50, Vetas 50, Zummer 50, EVO 150, Pilot 150 and the Powermax 150.
