This Chinese stator magneto is the replacement part for many 4-stroke Chinese  scooters.  The stator recharges the battery while the machine is in use, like an alternator in a car.  This stator fits CH 125cc models.  

Stator description:

• 11 coil (2 wrapped)
• 4 wires - 3 wire plug - 1 pigtail (+1 trigger wire)
• 3 bolt mounting
• Pick up trigger wire - single wire
• Center hole measurement: 35.65mm (1.36 in)
  
• Overall measurement:  93mm (3.67 in)
  
• Single coil height: wrapped coil - 29.65mm (1.17 in) unwrapped coil - 27.57mm (1.085 in)
  
• Mounting measurement: center-to-center diagonally 38mm (1.5 in)
  
• Compatible with CH 125cc 4-stroke
